I am moving back home to the Bay Area after a number of years on East Coast for work (and to be closer to family) and in search of housing for myself and 9-year-old, three-legged yellow lab named Wayne.
About me: I am a female in my mid 30s, a former journalist who now works in tech publishing in SF. I grew up in Woodside, graduated from Stanford and Columbia J-school. I'm into healthy lifestyle (yoga, hiking, don't drink, meditation, dogs, etc.,) My dog is very mellow and loving—and we'd love to find a space with a yard or garden.
We are open to roommates or solo living with an upper price of $2250/month. Have excellent credit/income.
Ideal location would be in Potrero Hill, Bernal Heights, Mission, Glen Park, etc., or Peninsula around Menlo Park area. I am a landlord myself (own my apartment in NYC, which I am renting) so I understand value of being a great tenant.
