Hi! I am masters student who just completed his first year at Stanford and needs a place to live for the final year.

I am very quiet and clean. I have no high maintenance pets (just a couple of fish), don't drink/smoke, and don't cook much at all. I just need a simple apartment that I can sleep in every night and attend classes from with minimal commute/hassle. Looking for <$1500/mo but can be flexible.
