Seeking 2 roommates to live in the city with. I don't need to move for another few months, but the first step is finding ppl to share rent with :) I figure we can all look for places together once we find each other.
I'm thinking we should look for a 2BR where we can partition off the living room or dining room to make a third bedroom? It shouldn't be more than $4500/month. So ~ $1500/person but whoever lives in the partitioned area can pay a bit less.
Some really cool neighborhoods are NOPA, Upper/Lower Haight, and the Mission District (west of Valencia st.). These are all pretty centrally located with tons of stuff to do and easy access to transportation.
About me:
23 y/o female who graduated with B.S. Civil/Environmental Engineering. Currently working at a consulting firm. I'm pretty laid back. I love the outdoors and travelling - exploring and adventures! Can go out or stay in on the weekends - just depends. Love animals, food, dancing, and making various pop-culture references.
Will keep all of my stuff in my room...and can clean up after myself in common areas :)
Would prefer female roommates (just for the bathroom situation) but honestly can live with anyone as long as you're cool. Also prefer people around the same age as me, just to avoid conflict.
