Looking for a female roommate to stay in the extra bedroom in our apartment. We are two working women in our mid 20's. You will have the entire room to yourself (see pictures). Rent is $100/month, including utilities (water, wifi, etc), and parking spot--a great deal! You will also have full access to a shared bathroom that is mostly furnished and kitchen.
Please no pets, smoking, or drinking. It is located right at the end of University Avenue, minutes from Stanford, free city shuttles, Palo Alto Caltrain, and the freeway! It also borders the wonderful Menlo Park and is just minutes away from Facebook! We have never had any problems in the year living there, especially since University Avenue and Palo Alto are literally a block away.
We are looking for someone to stay for a full year, though negotiations can be made for other time periods.
