Hi. I am a 43 years old Asian male and looking for a room to rent in a dog friendly home. I have a 6 year old dog who weighs 21lbs and he is extremely friendly around people and other dogs. I know its kind of early that I am posting this but time is going by fast and I want to start looking to see what's out there. I'm looking to find a place by mid- November to mid-December. I am a professional. I will respect your home and space and to be honest with you other than the weekends I'm hardly ever at home because I'm either at work or school.
I work at Stanford University and this coming February I will have been employed there for 12 years. I'm also a part-time student at SJSU. I made the decision to go back to college as a promise to myself and my late grandmother.
I don't smoke and don't do any drugs. I currently live in Campbell (corner of Union and Bascom) and have been at my current place for over 12 years. I have never been late with my rent payment and can provide you with my current landlord's contact information if needed. The only reason I'm moving is because my landlord will be renting the place out to his niece who will move here from Hawaii at the end of the year. I can provide any type of information you need from me whether its references, proof of income and any other type of documents.
I prefer a room with a private bathroom or a detached unit. I can pay almost any rent as long as its reasonable. I also prefer a house so my dog can run around during the day in the backyard while I'm gone. My cell phone is my primary number and won't need any addition landline other than access to the Internet.
