This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background and interest in fitness and customer service. The ideal candidate would be someone who has great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, organized, able to take initiative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by monitoring constantly and addressing cleanliness issues immediately.
• Provide great customer service for members and guest, this includes being knowledgeable about fitness equipment.
• Attend staff meetings as requested by program and department.
• Check in and out fitness equipment to patrons.
• Enforce Fitness Center policies and regulations.
• Report problems, suggestions, or equipment issues immediately to the direct supervisor.
• Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
