Hey all! My boyfriend and I are interested in taking a spontaneous trip to Big Sur this weekend. We were curious if anyone out there is planning to head that way this weekend. We'd be sure to pitch in a reasonable amount for gas. Ideally we'd go Friday afternoon 1/22 - Sunday 1/24 but our dates are sort of flexible (for example, just Saturday to Sunday would work too).
We're pretty casual hikers but were thinking of either doing the Sykes hot springs trail or doing a combination of Julia Pfeiffer, Andrew Molera, and whatever else.
It would be great if we could get a ride down but if you're interested in joining us on our adventure then that'd be great too. We're a gay couple, know a bunch of driving games, and have a pretty wide range of interests to talk about. Looking forward to hearing from people!
