Hi,

I'm a MFA grad student in Documentary Film. I have an apartment in Oakland, but during the Spring quarter I will need to spend a lot of the week on campus. I'm looking for a place to stay near school for those two months. My budget is around $950, but I would pay more for a solo living situation.

I'm in my mid-thirties, extremely tidy, mostly quiet and have no pets. (I love cats though!) I'm considerate and mostly keep to myself. I would prefer to live alone but am amenable to sharing space with mature and clean housemates. I may spend many of my weekends in Oakland. I have a car but prefer biking. I eat everything and like to share meals occasionally, if it makes sense. Landlord and former housemate references are available upon request.
