Hi there! I live in Escondido Village Studio 4. I am seeking to live elsewhere in the Bay Area this summer, from June 1st until September 22nd, 2016 (dates somewhat flexible). Please note that my boyfriend will be living with me this summer, so your sublet must allow for two residents. We are looking for a studio or 1-bedroom anywhere in San Francisco or parts of the East Bay accessible to BART.
The studio comes fully furnished. It has a full-sized kitchen and bathroom, couch, full-sized bed, desk, closet, and bookshelves. You will also have access to my cooking appliances and gadgets, so you can move right in.
My monthly rent is $1360, all utilities and wifi included. If we agree to swap places, you must be a Stanford graduate student, post-doc, or affiliate (NO undergraduates). We must sign an official sublet contract provided by Stanford Housing, and you must have proof of identity.
