My husband and I are looking for one or more roommates to share an apartment near Stanford starting any time after May, 2016. A 2bd/2br and 1-yr lease would be ideal. I am a postdoc in social sciences at Stanford and my husband is an education researcher with a job based in Los Angeles. We would be living in LA part of every month. We would like to spend $1,500 or less on our share of the rent, and are open to living in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Menlo Park, or Mountain View. Somewhere within biking distance from Stanford is preferable.
About us: We both grew up in Southern California and have been at Stanford for about a year. We are 30 years old, social and outgoing, love the outdoors, cooking, spending time with friends and family, hiking, backpacking, going on weekend adventures, and playing sports. We are neat and respectful roommates. We have a car, some furniture to contribute if the place is unfurnished, and no pets.
