Reserve for $5 
We have been living in Evegreen, Palo Alto. Now our landlady is moving back and we are looking for a new house/appartement. 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (and furnished) would be the best . The need is for one year (beginnig of July or August). Reasonable rent.
