I'm a 22 yr old female looking to rent a shared room in the SF area or East bay near a BART station (~15 min drive). I'll be graduating this June and accepting a full-time offer for a job in the Mission District. Looking to move in June 13th and move out late fall/early winter. The other person occupying the room must identify as female. I doesn't matter to me if guys live in other rooms of the house. I have a car so parking is a must. I'm a very responsible and respectful roommate. I can provide 2 letters of recommendation attesting to this. I don't have pets, but I don't mind if the house has a pet. I don't smoke and am willing to live with smokers as long as it's done outside. I very rarely bring overnight guests over, I don't throw parties, and I'm a social drinker. I love to cook and bake so be prepared for delicious noms on the weekends :)
