Hi! We’re two young professional females looking for 1-2 roommates. Our ideal move-in timeframe is mid to late July, but we’re willing to be flexible and move in sooner if we find a good fit. Our budgets are $1200 - $1300, depending on room size & utilities. We’re looking for a 3-4 bedroom apt/house anywhere from Redwood City down to Sunnyvale.

- Both moved from east coast about a year ago so still looking to explore the area
- Low-key on weeknights (with some occasional wine nights) but like to get out and about on weekends
- Fine with friends/SOs visiting and/or sleeping over occasionally, but not looking for an extra roommate situation
- Appreciate open and honest communication regarding living situations
