I and one of my friends are all Stanford University PhD students. We are looking for 2 bedrooms and will move in at the beginning of August 2017. We wish to lease for 1.5-2 years.
We are male, at twenties, clean, we don't have pets, don't smoke and live a regular habit and easy going.
