Stanford University is hiring temporary Benefits Services Specialists (3 months). As part of the University HR (UHR), Retirements Benefits Services team, you will be responsible for reports and analysis related to employee retirement benefits for thousands of staff and retirees. Experience with retiree medical eligibility is desirable. Strong analytical skills and Excel knowledge required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Producing reports
• Providing retiree medical calculations
• Researching employment records
• Working independently and meeting project deadlines
• Analyzing retirement data
• Determining retirement eligibility
• Having a strong attention to detail
• A Display of excellent accountability
• Demonstration of organizational astuteness
Job Location: 3160 Porter Drive, Palo Alto
Schedule: Full- Time/ Part-Time, 8am-5pm (Flexible hours)
Hourly pay range: DOE
