I'm a Stanford MS student graduating in June, and looking for an apartment in Santa Clara or Milpitas regions. It is much cheaper to rent a 2BR or 3BR apartment than look for a single 1BR or a single room.
I've come across many good listings of fully furnished apartments (with swimming pools, gyms, great facilities) in the range of $1000-1300/person/room, but in a 2BR or 3BR apartment. Hence I am looking for 1 or 2 more persons to join me (depending on how many are interested, we can book a 2BR or 3BR).
This would be long term (at least one year lease). Please let me know if you're interested in teaming up, for a great apartment at a pretty reasonable price, in these regions. They are luxury apartments literally, but pretty reasonable for the standards. I can share the exact listings with you once you drop me an email.
