I am looking for economical, simple, and safe living accommodations (room, in-law/duplex/converted garage/etc.) with safe parking. I am an ideal tenant who likes clean, quiet spaces. I also don't smoke, drink, or expect many house guests. Between working, volunteering, and traveling, I am hardly ever home. I have a 13 year old medium size male rescue dog, named Shadow, that loves to lounge around. The living accommodation must be one level without a swimming pool, because Shadow can't handle walking up stairs, and he can easily fall into a pool.
I am a single mother who has two daughters that attend Stanford University and live on campus full time. They may stop by to say hello occasionally. I work full-time in Menlo Park and have an occasional part-time job in Santa Clara. I have excellent references, a flawless background check, and great credit.
I'm looking to live in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or Menlo Park area. My goal would be a 1 year lease at $1000 maximum rent, which is flexible. I'd love to move on July 1st.
