Hey all, I’m an undergrad doing research on campus this summer and I am in desperate need of housing. I’m aware of the university policy for subletting eligibility, but if you offer me place to stay, I am more than willing to pay extra.

I need housing from at least 6/19 to 8/27, but I can come earlier or leave later, very flexible.

I’m very clean and quiet, and won’t break anything or lose the keys, which is the only way the university might be able to discover I’m an undergrad. I own few things. I’ll be working full-time so I’ll be out most of the day.

Unfortunately (mostly for me, since most subletters here are male), I’m female and so would prefer to have a female roommate.

Please let me know if you are willing to sublet or know someone who might be! I’m also open to off-campus options!
