Hello my mother is looking for economical, simple, and safe living accommodations (room, in-law/duplex/convert garage/etc.) with safe parking. She is your ideal tenant who likes clean, quiet spaces. She doesn't smoke or drink. We own a 13 year old medium size male rescue dog, named Shadow. He is a slow old timer who loves to lounge around. The living accommodation must be one level without a swimming pool, because Shadow can't handle walking up stairs, and due to his poor eye sight he can easily fall into a pool. My sister and I both attend Stanford, we may stop by now and then to visit my mom and Shadow.

My mom is single parent and works full-time in Menlo Park and occasional part-time in Santa Clara. She can provide you with excellent personal and work references, a flawless background check, and great credit.
Her preference Is to live in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or Menlo Park area. Her goal would be a 1 year lease and around $1200 monthly rent, which is flexible. She is looking to move mid June. Any questions, please reach out.
