Hello! I'm a seasoned* Stanford PhD Student looking for a nice, clean apartment for the next year. My ideal apartment would be clean, well maintained, and have:

1. Close to campus (biking distance)
2. Close to current rent ($1300)
3. Studio Apartment

ALL of the following four things
1. Less than $1400 rent
2. Less than
3. Private Room with low-key roommates
4. Furnished and very clean


As for me, I am pretty boring. Lately I've been spending most of my free time watching sitcoms and cooking shows, playing games on my computer, and helping my sister plan her wedding. I'm not at all a party girl, and much prefer hanging out at friends' places than having them over at mine. I bake pastries occasionally.
