Hi, I'm a female Stanford researcher in my 30s, looking for a room in a friendly share apartment, preferably a newer place. I'm respectful and tidy and enjoy sharing, independent but also love to do fun stuff with housemates when the random chance arises (anything from cooking dinner/ playing cards to going on adventures to the snow). It'd be great to be biking distance to a Caltrain station.
