If you have a property in the city and need a trusted individual to take care of it or parents with a spare unit that need someone responsible to occasionally check in on them, I'm the tenant you're looking for. I am clean and have minimal belongings. I always pay on time and can either sign a lease or go month to month, as preferred. I don't smoke and don't have pets, though I like animals. I am very quiet, I enjoy gardening, and I can provide former landlord recommendations.
