I'm a recent Stanford grad working in East Palo Alto and looking to find a place there at the end of August. I would need full access to a kitchen, preferably a private bathroom (not mandatory), washer and dryer access, and parking. I am not looking for a living room space or garage. I don't do drugs, but I do drink on occasion. I would like to live somewhere where overnight guests are permitted (though infrequent). Most pets okay.
Ideal price range around $600, but would depend on the space. Please let me know if you'd like to know more or if you have any leads!
