Seeking nanny for two kids, ages 3.5 years and 7 months.
We are an active, outdoorsy family looking for someone who isn't afraid of getting dirty, someone who understands that sometimes making messes is part of the fun. Someone who will love and nurture our kids, cuddle the baby, and help our older child develop her reading skills, but not in a super-structured way. Someone who can go with the flow and who values creativity. Most of all, someone who will really engage with our kids, not just watch them.
We are hoping for someone who can make a long-term commitment to our family, at least a year.
Hours would be around 8-4:30 M-F.
Located near 101 and Marsh Road in Redwood City (we both work at Stanford).
Housekeeping not required, but we'd like you to be able to tidy up after the kids and occasionally throw a load of the kids laundry in the washer if you can see it's needed.
This is not a live-in position.
Please have your own reliable transportation, insurance, and a clean driving record.
