BAM.money TM a multisided digital platform for financial assets is looking for a talented technologist to join in as a senior member of the team. This will potentially be a highly visible and rewarding role.

BAM’s goal is to help us creating a modern trading platform, where professional investors “bid, ask & match”. Users will interact/buy/sell less liquid financial assets. The aim is to provide the best trading related supporting services for small, medium and distressed enterprises and their investors worldwide.

The firm - a DE inc- seeks to form a very diverse team with core edge in information, negotiation and execution exchanges (business and technology). We mostly hold degrees from top US institutions: some of us have over 20 years experience including from top global investment firms, others are top graduate students.

Your skills: They may include
Full stack software development (leaning toward the front end)
Discovery, procurement, and storage, data management
Design driven production (visualization and testing techniques)

The work: Some of our focus (is/will be):
Information & communication exchange
Design and data-driven web solutions (UX metrics, A/B testing, etc)
Encryption, smart contracts and machine reading/learning (future)

Our search: We believe that skill set is only one ingredient for success. The other is mind-set. We are looking for somebody who: (a) balances the pursuit of excellence and effectiveness; (b) thrives in a meritocratic and team oriented environment and (c) is a short-term performer, with longer-term orientation.
