Will Lauren and I are looking for a new housemate because our current roomie will be wrapping up his thesis and moving back to Germany. The lease date would start on December 1 and continue through June with an opportunity for renewal.
Lease Dates: Decemer 1, 2016- June 2017 (option to renew)
A little bit about us:
I (Jecca Steinberg) am a third year medical student at Stanford, Will Stoeckle (Stanford ’12) works at a tech company in Palo Alto (classic!) and Lauren Borchers is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford. We live in a beautiful 3 bedroom home within 2 miles of Stanford Campus.
I (Jecca) am easily lured by whiskey chats and cheese platters. I love playing tennis, hiking whenever I can and exploring near and far.
Will brings a mean grilling game and a love of reading, gardening and carpentry. His biggest projects of 2016 are the mid-range jump shot and dunking again.
I (Lauren) am an easy-going roommate, a sushi fanatic, and a Palo Alto native! I am currently studying for the GRE to apply to a Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program. I love going on random adventures–although my spare time is generally spent hanging out with friends and takin' it easy.
We have loved living together for the past 6 months. Although we're sad Lukas is leaving, we're excited for a new housemate!
Some cool things that come with living with us:
- 3 bedroom house with 2 full bath, fully furnished
-In house washer-dryer, beautiful gas stove, large back yard with covered outdoor eating space, fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen.
- Shark Jaw and Alligator heads for decor
- love of cooking for ourselves and others
- Mediocre charades game (but eagerness to play that and other social/drinking games)
-Pickle Backs
-Some sweet homemade furniture
Cleanliness:
We are on the neater side of things. We keep common spaces clean and our room can vary a bit.
