I am looking to move into a studio, pool house, detached unit, or-in-law unit in the Menlo Park/Palo Alto/Mountain View/Los Altos area, or somewhere else nearby. I work in tech in Mountain View. I am switching jobs and my current housing is job-dependent, so I need to find new housing before then. I am a non-smoker. I am very responsible and quiet; I use the weekends as time to myself and to recharge after a long week. I am very clean and respectful of the properties that I have rented/lived-in. I have a good credit score, rental history, and a stable income. I am looking for a longer-term rental, so signing a year lease is no problem. I always receive my deposits back after moving out of a property. I prefer renting from private owners, as opposed to a company/rental agency, as the line of communication is much more clear between individuals.
