I'm a 25 yo single male, a new software engineer in the area, and a seeker of my own apartment there too. I'm also a Stanford alumnus with some nostalgia for the dorms, so I'd love to live in College Terrace, but I'm open to other places in Palo Alto and Mountain View. From the apartment I really don't require much, but it should be at least 450 sq ft, have its own kitchen and bathroom, and have an ethernet port. I don't need a pool or garden or fitness center or any of that fancy stuff. And I assure you that I'll be a good neighbor; I'm quiet, I don't smoke, and I don't have any pets.
