Energy Resources Engineering Department is looking for a CS/CME student/postdoc to setup an automatic build and testing system based on Buildbot (paid part-time position)
We have:
- Quite complex C++ project in Git repository;
- Set of test cases (input files) with reference output results;
- More or less working cmake/ctest;
- For ctest there is an output results comparison tool, which tells if they match the reference;
- Short manuals for cmake/ctest.
What we need:
Make everything automatic: the idea is to employ Buildbot for that. At the end we would like to have two options: First is to run the full set of tests every night with a report sent by email at the end.
Second is to have a short set of test for a quick check before commit.
Work conditions: 10 hours week, project's time is one month (or faster). Upon completion additional projects maybe offered
How to apply: email your resume and a cover letter to ptomin@stanford.edu
