As a Project Coordinator in the Global Experiences Office, you will have the opportunity to learn about key international companies, multilateral institutions, and international development organizations and be a part of best practices in international education.
The Global Experiences Project Coordinator will support the Global Management Immersion Experience (GMIX) and Global Study Trips.

The ideal candidate will possess:

**Federal Work Study status is required.**; Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and timeliness; Excellent customer service skills; Previous experience working with Google Docs, Adobe suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and willingness and ability to learn Salesforce CRM; Ability to effectively prioritize tasks amid changing business needs; Strong office skills required

The Global Experience Project Coordinator will carry out the following tasks and gain valuable skills/knowledge in:

Database management (Salesforce CRM & Excel) – data entry, tracking, reporting, data analysis, etc.; Website management – content updates, page creation, etc.; Writing and editing - writing and editing of reports, sponsor and student guides, etc; Office project management – running errands, copying, collating, scanning, filing, miscellaneous projects as assigned; Graduate Career Services and International Companies – Job Board management, international companies, multilateral institutions, and international development organizations; Event management - Organizing space and catering for Global Experiences events, other event management related tasks
