I'm a Stanford alum with extensive experience working with English as a Second Language learners and students who want to improve their papers. I'm a native English speaker who's taken classes in teaching English. I've edited PhD dissertations, academic papers in a variety of fields, college applications, fellowship applications, and cover letters. I have worked with high school students, undergraduates, graduate students, and post-docs, as well as community members outside academia.

I work with you to understand what you're trying to convey and review your writing for content, tone, clarity, and grammar. I love writing and do this part-time because I know how challenging writing papers can be, especially for ESL learners, no matter how advanced you are. My goal is for my clients to learn how to improve their writing along the way, in addition to producing a polished final draft.
