I just finished a PhD thesis and got really unnerved by all the formatting requirements. If anyone is in the same boat, I found an incredible person who can format, paginate, check table of contents and diagrams, and pretty much anything else needed, and all for $75 in 48 hours. She's familiar with Stanford requirements, spelling conventions, etc.
