The room is on the second-floor and is the second-largest bedroom in the house. It is carpeted with a small closet and a window facing the backyard.
The house has a large living area with a sweet home theater setup, a fully stocked kitchen and a backyard space.
We’re a 2 minute walk from the restaurants on Cal Ave and the Sunday farmer’s market, and the Cal Ave Caltrain Station just beyond that.
The room is available indefinitely month-to-month, with long stays preferred.
Parking is available at no extra cost.
A desk and queen-sized bed are available for purchase from the prior tenant.
