I live in a very quaint older home in Menlo Park, but the heating does not work well. Given that the nights have been chilly recently, I'm looking for an organic heater for short term and possibly long term use.
Ideal heater is 24"x24" and as tall as 72". Electrical and gas costs are already high (plus I'm environmentally conscious), so ideally this heater is self-sustaining/renewable, organic, and emits minimal methane.
I'm unwilling to pay to obtain this heater, but am happy to pay costs associated with upkeep (i.e. ethanol and solid fuel sources). Whether the heater is new, gently used, or heavily used is of no consequence to me. Neither is country of origin.
Please email me if you have -- or are -- a heater of this sort.
