I am a 33 year old male Swedish visiting environmental scientist. I am quiet, clean and considerate. I am looking for housing on biking distance from campus, something up at skyline may also be interesting.
I have spent two years here and it looks like I will stay another year or even longer. I am looking for something private, preferably with kitchen and access to laundry and perhaps a small patio or balcony, but also something that is at least slightly flexible not requiring a 1-year lease. Unfurnished, partly furnished or fully furnished all work.
I would prefer something below 2500 per month.
