I am looking to move off campus either SF or Oakland.

While I would prefer a one-bedroom apartment, it would seem those are hard to come by.

Consequently, I am seeking a flatmate, I'm gender neutral who is neat (non-negotiable) and organised to get a 2-bedroom with.

I don't care where we live as long as it's in a neighbourhood with a good vibe i.e. not anywhere around here.
