Hi Stanford community,
Our contract is up for renewal and we are hoping to find suitable/family-friendly housing for a small German/Italian family, i.e. 2 Stanford postdoc fellows in the Med school and a 4 year old preschooler girl.
We are tidy, quiet and are hoping to find a clean 1-2 bedroom at an affordable price (<= $2700) in the Stanford area. Would also be happy to move into a shared house, if the housemates are happy with kids (the kid is non-negotiable... ;-)). We do not have any pets, but would not mind living in a house with a kid-friendly pet.
Happy to commute for max. 1 hour to any safe neighborhood in the area, though we would like to avoid having to cross Dumbarton bridge, if possible.
Quiet area, less than 35 years old apartment and a washer/dryer in the apartment would be a plus.
