I have been renting a house for 32 years and just received notice. I am a female professional, work part time, and need a ground floor home with a fenced yard so the dogs can go outside. They are good girls! I am willing to downsize if necessary. Possibly an in-law unit would work or the lower floor of a house that has a fenced yard. Being on the ground floor and having a yard are essential. Maximum I can afford is around $2,000.
