If you're studying abroad for fall quarter or just decided to take the quarter off, I'd be more than happy to take the lease from you for that temporary amount of time! It does not necessarily have to be walking/biking distance from stanford, although the closer, the better.

As a side note, if you will also need to sublet for winter quarter, I'd be more than happy to take that as well! But this is not a requirement.
