Hello Everyone.

I'm an incoming fellow in Stanford Law School, and I am seeking either a temporary sublet or full-year lease beginning no later than August 6, 2017. Based on postings I've seen for earlier dates, I believe my budget should cover a large studio or a modest one-bedroom. My top priority is proximity to Stanford's campus or extremely convenient by public transportation, as I do not have a car. Furnished would also be appreciated. There is a possibility I would be interested in continuing the lease for a second year if that is an option.

I can provide contact information for my current landlord, offer letter, etc. Happy to answer any questions as well.

Also, if anyone has housing tips, please send them my way! I've never lived in the area, and it is quite daunting to find something. It also seems like August is a strange starting date, or have August leases simply not been posted yet?
