Job Description:
This is an outside position (working outdoors) from 9am – 5pm on Saturdays and 10am – 2pm on Sundays. You will be taking prospective tenants in a golf cart to view the storage unit they are interested in viewing.
When tenants move out, you will be cleaning that unit to prepare it for the next tenant
You will be taking a ride around the facility to make sure it is free of any debris first thing in the morning and walking through the indoor hallways for the same purpose.
From time to time you may assist our tenants with various things they require.
There are other duties we will explain when we meet with you.
