My wife and I are looking for a nanny starting in September 2017 for our baby girl (who will be 4 months old in September). We'd prefer a shared nanny arrangement, but open to taking on a nanny for our child alone. We will need care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will be located in Escondido Village but are willing to travel in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park area for a shared nanny arrangement.

We'd also be open to a co-op arrangement with another family where we watch their infant for two days during the week and they watch our infant for two days (Tue/Thur).

This could be a nice arrangement for a graduate student looking for additional income who is free on Tue/Thur. Responsibilities would just be caring for the child (i.e., no household chores).
