Healthy participants needed for jet lag study ($300)@stanford.edu

Stanford University and the Palo Alto VA are seeking participants, ages 18-35, for a research study investigating the use of bright light to improve nighttime alertness and change the timing of the circadian clock.

- 2-day/night stay at the VA Sleep Lab
- 2-weeks of at-home sleep monitoring

Participants must be healthy, non-smokers, without sleep problems. Volunteers paid up to $300 for successful completion of 2-day/night stay in VA Sleep Lab.
