I'm a postdoc at Stanford who is looking for accommodation for my fiancé and myself. We're after a 1-year lease.
We'd prefer a studio apartment or a one-bedroom, ideally (no further than 30 minutes from the Stanford campus). However, we are also happy to move into a master bedroom with an attached bathroom.
The maximum rent we are willing to pay is $1800. We would strongly prefer a lease that begins August 1, but this is negotiable.
We're both quiet, considerate, and mellow individuals in our late 20s/early 30s who are respectful of others' needs. We have no pets. I look forward to hearing from you!
