I'm looking for economical, simple, and safe living accommodations (room, in-law/duplex/converted garage.etc). I am your ideal tenant, I work full time as a security officer at Facebook in Menlo Park (MPK18), and occasional part time at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara during football season.

My daughter is moving from Oregon in July, I will then have the family dog living with me. Shadow is turning 15 years old. He is a small size male rescue that loves to lounge around. Shadow is 80% blind and 60% deaf, other medical complications indicate that he maybe coming to the end of an amazing life as our loving pet. He is an indoor dog and is always on a leash with me.

I have excellent personal and work references, perfect back ground check, and great credit. I volunteer every year with the Stanford Parents Club, during Parents/Family Weekend. I do not smoke or drink.

I'm a single mother with a daughter who currently attends Stanford and another daughter Class of 2016 that will start Mills College in July, they may stop by occasionally to say hello or see Shadow.

I'm looking to live in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Los Altos, Mountain View or the Menlo Park area. My goal would be a 1 year lease and $ 1200 monthly, which is flexible. Dog friendly and safe parking is required.
