My current lease is expiring at the end of August. I am hoping to move and sign a year-long lease. It would be ideal for this lease to begin in July or August, but I would be willing to move sooner for the right place. I am only looking at places in Palo Alto or Mountain View, either furnished or unfurnished.
I am polite, quiet, and VERY clean. In my current house, I spend a lot of time outside or in my room. I use the kitchen regularly, but never for elaborate projects. I like to have friends come over, host out-of-town visitors, and host house (tame) parties for my friends and coworkers. I always give advanced notice, keep noise levels low, and clean up afterwards. I can provide references of old roommates if desired.
I am looking for roommates who are young professionals or students, and I hope to find people who are clean, quiet, flexible, considerate, and easy-going.
