Hello - wife and I are looking for a place to live after we have to move out of grad student housing this year. She works in Palo Alto, I'm a grad student.

Ideally near downtown Palo Alto or California Avenue or campus. Biking distance to Stanford, basically, is great.

Hoping for good natural light; most other details have flexibility.
