Hello! We are Julia and Taylor (both female). We are recent graduates, and we have been living in the area and working at Stanford Law School for the past year.

Our current lease is expiring at the end of August. We are hoping to move and sign a year-long lease. It would be ideal for this lease to begin in July or August, but we would be willing to move sooner for the right place. We are only looking at places in Palo Alto or Mountain View, either furnished or unfurnished.

We are polite, quiet, and VERY clean. We use the kitchen regularly, but never for elaborate projects. We like to have friends come over, host out-of-town visitors, and host (tame) house parties for our friends and coworkers. Wee would love to get to know you and become friends, but we are also ok with just a nod here and there. We can both provide additional references of old roommates if desired.

We are looking for a place to live with roommates who are young professionals or students, and we hope to find people who are similarly clean, quiet, flexible, considerate, and easy-going.
