I'm attending grad school in SF starting in August and am looking for people to rent with to reduce costs. If you are interested, the group is currently three 23 y.o. males that will all be starting graduate degrees at SFCM. We are hoping to live anywhere in the city and keep costs around $1000/mo per person. We are all low-maintenance, tidy, organized, quiet, and have lived with others before.
