I’m looking for housing around San Mateo sometime between mid-July and mid-August. My budget is $1300 before utilities. It’d be nice to be within a mile of a Caltrain station but not totally necessary.
A little about me: I’m 23 and working at Stanford as a neuroimaging research assistant. I moved out here from Atlanta 2 years ago and am still looking to explore the area. I love San Francisco just as much as I love (low key) hiking in the foothills, but can always enjoy a solid night of Netflix. I’d love to have roommates to hang out with from time to time. Not looking for a BFF but some city adventures or wine/movie nights in would be cool. I’m a respectful roommate – clean, quiet when it’s late, pays bills on time, etc – and would expect the same from you :) Having overnight guests and friends over here and there is cool, just not looking for an extra roommate situation (i.e., if your SO is sleeping over every night).
